Created by the University of Siena in Italy, the CILS certification attests one’s linguistic-communicative competence in Italian as a second language.
The CILS certification is the first Italian language certification to have applied six levels of linguistic-communicative competence from the Common European Framework of Reference and to have offered specific certifications for foreign workers in Italy.
Please note that examinations will only be activated if a minimum number of 8 participants is reached.
If the minimum number is not reached, examination fees and administrative charges will be refunded in full.
The exam will take place in person at SIAL.school, in West London (154-156 Holland Park Avenue, W11 4UH).
We highly encourage anyone wishing to sit the B1 Cittadinanza exam to attend a 5-week preparatory course. The course is designed to consolidate knowledge and boost exam confidence, practising and improving exam techniques. You will be asked if you would like to attend the course when registering for the exam.
