Online Italian courses for adults

Alongside our popular 10-week Italian courses, for the summer SIAL Courses and ICI London have partnered to offer a unique learning experience led by native, qualified Italian teachers.

These short online courses are designed to help you:

• keep your Italian active over the summer
• improve your speaking confidence
• revise and consolidate key grammar structures
• explore Italian through conversation and engaging topics
• learn in a practical, communicative and fully immersive environment

These short online courses are designed as a refresher course or language boost to help you keep your Italian active over the summer, practise speaking and consolidate some of the more challenging language structures, from beginner to advanced levels.

Each module focuses on specific grammatical and communicative aspects of the Italian language, explored through engaging themes and real-life contexts.

Suitable for all levels

Whether you are continuing your Italian journey or trying the language for the first time, these courses offer a light, flexible and engaging way to learn without the commitment of a full-length programme.

If you have already attended an Italian course, these sessions are the perfect way to maintain your language skills, continue speaking Italian and revisit key structures in a light, practical and interactive way.

If you are completely new to Italian, the 8-hour format is also an excellent introduction: a chance to become familiar with the language, understand your level and begin communicating with confidence without feeling overwhelmed.

When and where

• Online courses via Zoom, accessible from anywhere
• Courses run throughout July 2026
• Weekday classes available, with daytime and evening options

Course format

• 8 hours of teaching over 4 weeks
• 2 hours per week
• One class per week, running for 2 consecutive hours

This is not a traditional course, but a small immersion into the Italian language through conversation, grammar and stimulating topics, always with a communicative approach and entirely in Italian.

Fees

• Elementary level courses: £180
• Intermediate level courses: £230
• Advanced level courses: £280

Students who are currently enrolled, or who have previously attended one of our 10-week Italian courses, are entitled to a 10% discount on our Summer Courses.

Our courses follow the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), ensuring consistent, high-quality teaching in line with leading language institutions across London and Europe.

Timetable

Courses are available at different levels and are taught by a range of experienced teachers.

Our Summer Courses for adult learners will take place throughout July 2026, from 6th to 31st July.

Please note that if the minimum number of students is not met for your chosen course, we will offer you an alternative on a different day and time. If the alternative doesn’t suit you, your full fee will be refunded.
